I haven’t actually been there, I got delivery. Tried a gluten free cheese pizza with extra cheese and it was SO good. I actually stopped working and sat down to enjoy it. However the crust was pretty burnt at the edges that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Selection of pizza was good, they had some interesting mix of toppings. The Harvard ended up being pretty good. The staff acted like they weren’t even interested in being there, but I guess that is typical teenagers. They gave us an odd look as we were leaving and my husband thought it was because we didn’t clear the table. He picked up the trash and brought them the pizza tray yet they had the audacity to ask for a tip which my husband gave 20%.

Was going to let it go but tried to call back 10 minutes after leaving at 9:50pm and the phone just rang then someone picked up and hung up on me.

Decent thin crust pizza, website ordering pickup timer was accurate, pizzas were hot and crispy upon pickup.

They were really good for the first year, but the food has gone downhill, ordered a pepperoni, and sausage pizza got no pepperoni about 10 pieces of sausage and it was under cook even after I asked for it to be done on the well done side. Got the Nashville chicken finger they were over cooked and under sauced thus has happened twice over the last couple of times I went there. They are also way overpriced for their food I made the same pizza at home the other night it cost me 5 bucks in ingredients if I was in the business of selling pizza I would have charged 17 bucks not 26 for the same pizza.

The pizza is pretty good, and I love the half and half concept. Sometimes, though, the phone just rings and rings with nobody answering, and more often than not they get my order wrong. Thirty bucks for the wrong pizza and a tip is too much; I’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

I was big fan of Upper crust years ago when I lived in Boston. Exited to see them in North Andover. Unfortunately the quality and taste has gotten worse since they opened. Tonight I just had small cheese pizza and it was awful. Under cooked ,salty. It is expensive $15 for awful small cheese pizza. We just don’t know how to make pizza in this country.

Pizza extremely hard. Garlic parmesan wings have zero flavor and are extremely dry. Staff definitely not representing the establishment too well, who wears a hood while serving customers? Not worth the money.

I’ve ordered from here several times, and the food has always been great! But this time it wasn’t the same. We ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone. The chicken had way too much Buffalo sauce. To the point we couldn’t eat it. The calzone itself was undercooked. I also ordered an upper crust chicken sandwich. I order that every time, and I couldn’t even taste the honey butter sauce. I don’t think they putt it in the sandwich. I’m not sure if it’s a new cook? But the way this food was prepared was not I am used to. It’s a shame because everything is so expensive nowadays and you order something expecting it to be the same as always but it isn’t. Feels like I just wasted your money.

The pizza was just a worse version of Bertucci’s. I’m sorry, but a normal cheese pizza shouldn’t have giant pieces of tomato’s and consider it “sauce”. The chicken was good, but that za ain’t it.
