Went in for takeout at 7 PM on a Saturday and they were so busy! However, the line moved so quickly bc they had three people working the front, super efficient and friendly! The food is great too! I always get Orange Chicken and Crab Rangoons! My boyfriend usually goes for the Shrimp Lo Mein but mixed it up and got Cashew Chicken – both great! Orient Express is our go to for Chinese takeout!

My experience was definitely on the path toward a bad review. I ordered from Joplin mo store and paid with a credit card and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour . 1 hour and 5 minutes later I get a call from Orient Express Requesting my address followed by we don’t deliver to my address. Their solution Was that they would be calling the Webb City store and transferring the payment and place my order from store to store and it would be delivered from them. Approximately 20 minutes later. I placed a call to the Webb City store, and they were in a state of Omai God. And stated that they did not receive a phone call with a transfer order or transfer payment. However, they did take my order again. And called the Joplin restraint and confirming my order as well as confirm my payment and have them transfer it themselves not only was her service impeccably, remarkable, compassionate, understanding and patient. I received a delivery seven minutes after I entered the phone conversation and when they delivered it, the driver apologized and informed me that they transferred his tip as well upon sitting down.

Good is excellent. For lunch you get a lot of food. Dinner portion is cold size at best. Used to be good food for the money but since 2020 the prices have went through the roof and the portions got smaller. Can go to a nice buffet for same price or cheaper

Probably the best fried chicken in town… I order the lemon chicken and just eat the bucket of fried chicken. I like chicken. And their’s is the bomb! Freaky fast like jimmy john’s and consistently good! Carthage is stanning for a return…
