I was super excited to see Bojangles on the north side of town, but when I made the 15-minute drive, I was gravely disappointed. This location does not sell traditional chicken; they only sell chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. If you’re looking for chicken pieces, look elsewhere. Also, I stood in line for 10 minutes while everyone in the kitchen went about their business of ignoring me. This was my first and last trip.

Yeah… no bone in chicken but the tenders are amazing and the staff is even better! Fast, friendly, relatively inexpensive and clean. We always get the family box for like $30. It’s a great deal in my opinion.

Don’t listen to the folks complaining about no bone-in chicken. These are some of the best tenders I have ever had. Definitely different and better than the normal chicken supremes at other locations. I have already been here several times and the biscuits have been consistently fluffy and delicious. Much better than the other locations in Jacksonville. The staff is always friendly and I haven’t had a long wait. There is even a window where you can watch the biscuits being made.

Clean and customer service is good. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that they don’t have “bone-in” chicken but was satisfied with the tenders… only to find out that these are NOT THE NORMAL SUPREMES OR TENDERS. I am not sure if this is a “Bojangles Express” or what but it’s a no for me.

So I have mixed feelings about this place. I was disappointed because they did not have “bone in” chicken. They only have chicken tenders, however they are some of the best I’ve ever had in Jacksonville. They were fresh, hot, and had good flavor. They also did not have the pinto beans that your traditional BoJangles has. My second disappointment. But the dirty rice was good. Apparently, this is a privately owned BoJangles hence the lack of certain items.

I feel like the Northside of Jacksonville get slighted all the time! Listen I was so excited to have a bojangles 5 minutes from my home only to go there to find out they have No bone in chicken! I wind up getting the chicken strips and they were horrible, fried hard and not seasoned and the biscuits were very flat not fluffy like they usually are. If they don’t consider having bone in chicken they might as well close down. Maybe if enough people call corporate and complain they may change the menu but until then I guess I will be taking the 25 minute drive to the Southside. Very disappointed!

Not a full-fledged Bojangles location. I went in expecting to find what you would find in a normal Bojangles, but this one is an abbreviated version that sells just chicken tenders and breakfast biscuits. The biscuit included in my meal was great, the tenders were a little tough. Also purchased 5 piece tender meal, only received 4 tenders. Side orders available for purchase were fries, coleslaw, and mac and cheese.
