We have ordered 3x from the Saco location. I normally get the same order of cashew chicken. The first two times, although long wait times, the food was fantastic. Tonight what I found was that large quantity of onions were the majority of my food. This was not delightful, especially after paying the bill. Too much money for onion as the filler. I am now not as great of a fan as I have been.

The place is super nice and clean food is amazing perfectly proportioned. The kids had the orange chicken they loved it I got pad Thai with chicken level 3 could have done 4 but it was still delicious and dad got pad chapow very good as well.

Carbonated Beverage
There once was a little boy(actually a 34 yr old man) who got a door dash gift card from his job to have during a training session. This brave little boy said aloud”Hey, I’ll try this Thai place since I’m not paying for it.” Then sat back down because he looked foolish saying that aloud. He has now been there 4 times and thoroughly loves the place. He heroically recommends you try it. Flavor and quantity to die for.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai and added scallops to it. It was about 7:30 when we picked it up and about 8 when we got home (rough estimate) when we opened the food i found i got chicken pad Thai. Tried calling but they were closing within minutes and it kept ringing. So i messaged them on Facebook with info and pictures of the receipt and the food. Mostly because i paid for the extra for the seafood. No response, which i expected as they were closing. I wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone till today. So i didn’t eat it and waited until today prepared to bring it when they replied that way i could exchange it or something, and they read my message on Facebook and completely ignored it. I messaged again later asking if someone can contact me since it seems impossible to reach anyone by phone, I’ve tried several times today, no reply still. It’s frustrating because the other food we ordered was good and it would be a Good Friday night takeout place if not for this poor customer service experience.

I rarely leave reviews. The food tasted okay but never in my life have I experienced so much grease. The grease leaked on the outside of the container, seeped through the bag and got all over my car. Anywhere this bag or the container was left a puddle of grease. At the bottom of my food was a pool of it. I will not be going back.
