This place is absolutely outstanding in every way. I went to Shinko with family last week for lunch and we had an excellent meal with excellent service in a beautifully designed space. When you come to eat here, look around you and appreciate the detail of the interior design and how it makes you feel. It’s very elegant, natural, and pleasant to be in.

Insanely great sushi restaurant, best that i’ve had in Arizona. I really enjoyed the experience and ambience of the place, very cozy vibes. The service was also amazing, and same with the food. The fish in the food tasted really fresh and juicy, and incredibly flavorful. Best sushi place in Arizona, would recommend.

Wow! Hidden Gem! So delicious! We started with the miso soup, gyoza, and soft shell crab ! All were fantastic! Next we ordered the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll and the Rose Roll. Both were fantastic. The tempura roll was my favorite. The eel sauce mixed with the spicy mayo created a perfect explosion of flavor while the texture of the light tempura was perfect! I was so surprised by this hidden gem The presentation was beautiful and service pleasant.

THE best sushi ever. And who would have thought, a place in Ahwatukee foothills would be so good?? All 3 of us were impressed, including my brother who has spent much time in Asia. He was impressed! The sushi came out SO perfect and so beautiful. Truly a work of art. They obviously take pride in their craft. We were able to meet with one of the owners who was so kind and so gracious. We thanked him for the amazing food and experience. The gyoza was also the best I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. Everything was quality. Truly a hidden gem.
