First voice on the drive thru intercom started asking for my offer when a different voice interrupted saying “we’re closed.” They weren’t closed… Not for another 20 min. There were two other cars ahead of me that were being served. I stated that it was only 11.40pm and asked if there was a reason why they were closing early. She just repeated “we’re closed” and that’s it.

It states here the restaurant closes at 11pm today. Bad service. This Burger King is always claiming to be closed hours before closing. Not the first time this has happened. Don’t waste your time.

This BK used to have fresh, hot food and great customer service. I went there yesterday around 4 pm at the drive thru. I order and pull up to the window and the lady that at the window is chatting away on her cell phone. I was trying to double check she made sure that I had the sauce I asked for in the bag. She handed me my food and still on her phone. I asked her if my sauce was in the bag and she just nods her head yes so I drive off. When I get home, I take my food out. I ordered chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. I was so mad! The nuggets were stale and cold. So we’re the mozzarella sticks. Then on top of that she gave me the incorrect sauce which didn’t matter because the food was so gross I couldn’t eat it. So disappointed. This place used to be great but has definitely gone downhill. I’ll be finding a new location if I ever want BK.

The guy who took our order was hurrying us up and there was no line! He didn’t verify the order so he didn’t include my chicken sandwich. Instead of apologizing, he just said I didn’t charge you. I had to suggest to him to order another one that he didn’t charge me for. He did order but was very short with me and should not be dealing with customers. The sandwich was overcooked and so expensive. Not going again! I thought there was some improvement over the years! Guess not!

Went here to eat with the family indoors and they had the doors locked with no signs saying they were closed. The woman inside shooed us away and just was very rude. Would not recommend coming to this location!!!
