We were pretty disappointed. The tacos were not even slightly warm. I usually don’t expect mine to be hot because I get all the delicious cold fixings, but the other order of tacos was just rice, meat and cheese and it was cold. The chips were all stale as well. We were there 4 minutes after the order was due to be ready, so it wasn’t that it sat there waiting for us. We will try this location again and hope it was just a one time thing.

So Chipotle used to be very good. Although this Chipotle is rather new I used to eat at Chipotle frequently when traveling. The last several times both at this location and while traveling the portions seem to be smaller and the quality of food has deteriorated. It seems as if since they hired new leadership the freshness and quality of food has really dropped. There are better choices in the community now so good bye Chipotle. You are losing your way.

Ordered a veggie burrito for my vegan daughter and it had chicken in it. Called the store and was told I could come get another, but was not up for another 30 min round trip. Asked for a refund and told since I used the app, I had to report an issue with my order via the app. That was a joke. Difficult to find how to report the issue and then was given a free soda. Will NEVER order from here again. Staff is pathetic, chips were stale, and they clearly don’t care enough to read.

Food was decent, went in for a burrito and got what I wanted. One of the workers/managers, Chelsie, was yelling at a customer when they couldn’t hear her and also raised her voice multiple times to one of the workers who told me she’s new when she was folding up my burrito.

If I was basing this review off of just this one experience I would rate it a 1 star. I have only ever eaten Chipotle once in my life. Not my thing. The issue is that I do food delivery and usually they are super nice and friendly. This time the girl opens the window and says “name”. I imform her I am picking up two orders and before I even fully get the names out she is shoving them at me. I then thank her and absolutely nothing. No your welcome or have a good day. Zero! I am so tired of places treating delivery drivers badly. Maybe other drivers are disrespectful or rude or pushy. I am not. I then called and spoke to management and the excuse was that they are busy. I was the only one at the pickup window. Maybe inside was busy but the people working the pickup window only works the wi down from what I have seen. Also just saying a couple of words isn’t going to put you behind. You’re welcome. That sire took a bunch out of me. The manager then asked for a description of the girl at the window that I could barely give because she was so rushed throwing the food out at me and then ignoring me. Truly feel as if nothing will happen from this. I may not be a customer but I am the go-between between you and your customer and a good relationship should be important. At some point people might not accept picking up deliveries from these establishments that treat drivers as if we are beneath them and then they will lose business from customers since no one will deliver the food. Seriously what has this world come to when nobody is considerate of anyone else.

This Chipotle is as good as any of the others. As always, I make my decision for protein based on which looks freshest and moistest that day. This is fast food, people, and Chipotle remains the healthiest most tasty and widest-variety fast food chain in America. Is this location messy sometimes? Sure! So are all of them. But everything is always available and the burritos are put together really fast. If you know what you want, exactly what you want, you can always enjoy Chipotle.

On a business trip trying to figure out why no one likes chipotle here in comparison to Arizona. Went to chipotle today and cooking is no where near Arizonas chipotle. Wish I would of posted photos but I’m confident if you go you will have the same problem. I’m the 2nd co worker from my company to notice this.
