This Dunkin Donuts, at 76 Main Avenue in Passaic, is definitely one of the worst ones around. Besides having higher prices than others nearby, this is only place I’ve been to that completely fouled up on three items in one session. First, despite it being only a little before six in the evening, they were completely out of the type of donuts I wanted, and the one that I actually took was decidedly stale. Next, the coffee was more resemblant of discolored hot water than actual coffee. Finally, a simple thing like a bagel with butter turned out as a lump of charcoal with only a dab of discernable butter present in just one bite out of that abominable conglomeration. To add to the displeasure of my visit was the facial expression of the counter person, which gave off the impression of “I just want to get out of here”. Needless to say, I won’t have any plans for future patronizing of this train wreck.

The lady at the drive-thru has a terrible attitude does not always give you what you order and if you don’t ask for your receipt you’ll never get it. There’s no shortage of Dunkin’ donuts in the area however this is the only one with a drive-thru but the staff needs an attitude adjustment especially the one at the drive-thru window.

They always have an issue with mobile on-the-go orders, so I end up waiting longer than people ordering after me in person. I had 3 orders that they “lost.” And their iced lattes are terrible… No idea what they gave me but it was not a latte. I work a block away but will drive to the Wallington Dunkin from now on.
