C’est bon!!! I was born and raised in Cajun country and know good Louisiana food when I taste it. I rarely seek out Cajun food outside Louisiana (except my own house), but am glad I broke my rule when I tried Scott’s food truck. I’ll be back to try that gumbo when I move up here from Florida in a few months!

If the window is open they are open. On Reid School Road. Founded by the Bergeron family. Old family recipes are used and valued by the owners.Reasonably priced between $6 and $10. Finally got to stop by. Glad I did. I just had the boudain balls and the gator bites! We did get a side of roumalad sauce which was wonderful. Everything was delicious. We will go back to try something New. If you enjoy Cajun food you need to stop by.

Best authentic Cajun food in town. Scott knows how to cook and make sauces so good you come back 30 minutes later with your roommates to show them. Would give him 6/5 stars if I could.

Stop the fireworks. The neighborhoods (your customers) around you don’t appreciate your insanely loud fireworks into the middle of the night. Your customers have babies, little children, pets and military veterans that don’t appreciate their windows being rattled by your fireworks.
