Food was fine, and arrived in a timely manner, but 3 Loves employees were sitting on break, and 2 more stopped by, and from all the employees, every other word out of there mouth was a cuss word. I had 4 children with me, and very upsetting that they were not even detoured by that. Also were talking about people spitting mucis into a cup, and urine containers at the hospital while people are trying to eat.

Another bad experience. The guy who took my order was dirty, sloppy and rude. Don’t think he wanted to be there but we gotta work. Took them almost 30 min to get my order, which was only 5 chicken strips. I just got my order and got out of there. Won’t be going back

Hardee’s is my favorite place to go for breakfast because it’s a good bang for your buck and I love the biscuits and gravy. However this morning I was less then impressed. I ordered two bacon breakfast platters (a biscuit, side of gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and two pieces of bacon) but got home to find 1. They gave me fries and not hash browns and 2. I got one piece of bacon broken into 4 piece. I understand sometimes you run out of items especially in todays world of shortages however this was not communicated in any way. Not when I order, when I payed, nor when I was handed the bag. So after driving home to find both platters were this way I was a little heated because I was given less then what I paid for. I tried to call to ask if this was just a genuine mistake or what but the phone just rang and rang and rang then went to a busy tone. I hope they get their stuff together because when I splurge and decide to go get breakfast it’s my go to but it won’t be for a while now.

We waited for about 15 mins. at the drive through window. We get an apology for the wait and get offered an insinuated free pie. After driving off we have burnt hard as rock biscuits and liquid gravy spilt all over in containers. Our bacon platters we ordered were not changed out new biscuits that I was told were not properly mixed were given to us no refund for the meals.

If I could give it negativities stars I would. This restaurant is always disgusting and dirty and all I wanted was a plain sandwich. Just meat and bun is what I told them and they asked me at the window nothing on that right? I said yes just chicken and the bun that’s it and of course they couldn’t even understand that simple instructions. And I was the only one in the drive through. And when I called 3 times no answer. I will not be eating here again. CHECK YOUR FOOD ITS CALLED SERVICE.

On our way to Wichita we stopped in Ottawa for breakfast. There was plastic in my omelet biscuit and the potato rounds were cold and not fresh. They were obviously last nights. It was 6 am and they just opened. They should have been fresh.
