I am disappointed almost every time I go. I only go because my work people like Jimmy John’s. I rarely get a correct !!. I’m very specific when I order because I order for several people. Our first time there and all the employees were all frustrated. We didn’t know how to order and we were given the sandwiches cold but also were never asked if we wanted them heated. There were no instructions on how to order even though we mentioned that it was our first time.

Go to literally any other Jimmy Johns location. Every time I go here I wait 20-30 mins for one sandwich and they always put a very small amount of meat. Got a turkey sandwich tonight that I waited 30 mins for and it literally has two slices of turkey and the bread is smashed.

Asked the employee for extra peppers. He said back order , didn’t mention them so I asked again. He replied back I will make sure in a tone in his words. Not only where there no EXTRA peppers in the sandwich there where none at all !

I have never actually been to the store, but it’s the closest to my house so when I choose delivery it comes from here. I am impressed with Jimmy John’s’s service. I live in an apartment complex and they are the ONLY delivery that brings it right to my door. They also never have a problem finding the correct apartment and obviously they are freaky fast. Thank you, Jimmy John’s, for never making me have to pause the movie or put on shoes to go outside. It means more than you know ♥️♥️
