I’m giving this place a 1 star! I went to Charley’s in the Springfield Battlefield Mall and the experience I had was shocking! I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich ($9.99) and a Chicken Sandwich ($8.99). I wanted to make them combos ( fries and a drink). I went to pay, then realized my order is $32!!! They added ($5.08) per combo (this isn’t posted anywhere)!This blew my mind! For a sandwich, fries (that don’t fill the box) and a medium drink is $16! The food isn’t worth that amount!

I love eating here, and do so often! I can’t help but feel like I’m overpaying every time I come! You spend over $10 on a large sub and usually they don’t- but sometimes- they skimp on the meat/veggies. Spend about $5 on fries and the box is half full… maybe I’m being a stickler, but I expected just a little more.

I go to Charlie’s In battlefield so often it’s a regular report on my bank statement about 2-3 weeks I realized the normal crew was gone and at first was so happy bc the hours increased, now I will never eat there again I threw a whole 15$ chicken teriyaki sub away bc the are watering down the teriyaki sauce, everyone knows Charleys teriyaki sauce but now it’s disgusting I was here 3/12/22 @ 7:30 pm and I promise it’s my last smh

I usually love Charleys steak and sub but I spent $15 for two fries and a drink and I paid an extra $4 for EXTRA cheese and EXTRA bacon . I open my box in the car and the box is literally only half full barely any bacon and I’m like I’m getting cheated out of my money . Like they need to have a whole team meeting about this because they are not serving quality food for the price . Very disappointed
