The Cheese Board Collective Pizzeria offers hot pizza (whole, half, slices) plus salad, house made green hot sauce, roasted garlic, drinks, and cookies Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5PM to 8PM or until we run out. We serve one type of pizza every day, and it’s always vegetarian. Vegan and gluten-free friendly options available; come inside to say you want one before you get in line, and we’ll get it started for you! We only take phone orders for 8 or more pizzas. No indoor seating at this time; limited outdoor seating is first come, first served. The line can be long but moves quickly!
We support and encourage customers wearing masks while inside and interacting with staff. We have masks available for free upon request.

This place is great, I love how they only do 1 pizza a day. There was a bit of a line that went around the corner at 4:50pm on a Thursday (10 mins before they opened), but once they were open the line moved quick. They are constantly making the pizzas so once you order you receive it immediately. It was lovely they had live music as well. Will definitely be back!

While visiting East Bay, a group of friends told us about the must try limited pizza experience at Cheeseboard in Berkeley . It was FIRE!! I love a good white pizza and wow did their mushroom pizza deliver. Fresh ingredients, perfect combo of olive oil, cheese and mushrooms. I loved every bite. For two slices, a salad, cookies, and drinks I spent 30 dollars. What an incredible deal! Well worth the wait and hype.

Super cool and unique pizza place! Love that they include the extra slivers with each pizza. The ambiance is very good in general too, with live jazz and outdoor seating and standing room. The particular flavor they were serving this day was also very cool; I liked the potatoes on top. Tasted good upon reheat too!

Had heard so much about this place, so when I finally went to Berkeley, the Cheeseboard Pizzeria and bakery were the first stop. Went in on a Saturday morning and reached around 10:45 to find a line out the bakery door, a testament to its popularity. The Pizzeria starts selling the pizza around 11:30 so we had time to kill at the bakery. Great selection of cheeses, breads and small bakery items. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The Zampano and Baguette Bite were nice to munch on. Eventually went to the Pizzeria when they opened and the pizza slice is SO GOOD! They had a mushroom topping pizza that day, for $3 a slice. I was stuffed with 2 of them. Get the hot sauce (green), it is really tasty! Would love to try again!

They serve one kind of pizza a day. You can check what they serve in their website. Most of the time it’s pretty good. What plus it over the top is their special pesto, garlic sauce. And if you order a half or full pie, they always throw in a few extra slices!! One thing… because the crust is thin yet stiff, your jaws may get a workout. LOL

I love the concept of 1 style of pizza per day made from whatever veggies and cheese they have on hand or feel like adding together to make delicious pizza. I’ve loved every pizza I’ve had so far. The pizza with potato and lime was beyond belief tasty. I fully appreciate the extra love that comes when you order a whole pie.

Pizza was great as always. Arrived about 30-40 minutes after opening and line only took about 15 minutes. Pizza was ready and in our hands by the time we paid for it. Despite the line, there was room in their patio area to at least stand next to a table. On this particular visit they had a live band.
