We enjoyed this Italian food in a sophisticated, yet laid-back atmosphere. The chef was able to make a vegetarian version of one of the pasta dishes on the menu that originally had chicken. It was excellent – spicy and healthy.

The service and ambience was very good, but the food was mediocre at best. For the prices charged, you would expect a much higher quality. We ordered the carbonara and the sausage agnolotti, and neither of them were very good. The bread and cocktails were the highlights of dinner.

Great place for pizza and pasta. We had the cheese and meat tray, it was great. I ordered the pizza, pepperoni wasn’t on the menu but they made one for me. Excellent. Quality food and service. Definitely a place to eat while at Nemacolin.

Service very good. Katherine was efficient and a pleasure to chat with. She gets five stars. The bread was delicious. Meatballs were okay, sauce was great. Salmon was good, lasagna was average. Too much béchamel sauce on the top. Would have liked chicken parm or veal parm (not a veal chop) or some traditional pastas. Atmosphere /decor odd for an Italian restaurant. No Chianti on the menu!!

I saw some pretty brutal reviews of this place on here so I wanted to chime in with my own experience. It’s currently late April in 2022 here and my experience has been nothing but great. I was originally planning on leaving humble 4 Star review because it’s not perfect in every single way but throughout the course of my meal the service was so good that I couldn’t help but bump it up to 5. The food is solid. Not “world class” but better than most. However, the service and the staff are all incredible. The location is really beautiful as well. Worth the trip.
