Stopped in here on a recommendation. Grabbed an order of Quesabirria tacos with corn tortillas (on the employee’s recommendation). Honestly, I’m very happy with the meal. Meat was cooked well, good amount of cheese, decent portion. The tortillas were lightly crisp with good texture. They were slightly bland, but a touch of salt really elevated them to fantastic levels. Docked a star for underseasoning, but with salt at the table, this could have been a conscious decision on their part to suit the taste of more people. So yeah, highly recommended. Just remember to pop them open when they are still hot and lightly salt them.

Looked forward to Taco Tuesday for weeks, I did just move back to the area and it has been a year since I’ve eaten here, but even on their Facebook not 16 hours ago they posted an ad picturing the old tacos made with quality meat, cilantro and onions. The way tacos are meant to be made. I looked past the price increase, but false advertising? Literally illegal. Meat was grey, and we literally couldn’t even eat our food. We changed our schedule around, and wasted our time. Couldn’t pay me to eat here again sadly.

I used this place for the first time today to cater a lunch. It was a large order and everything was done correct and on time, at a really good price. The food is the absolute most delicious Mexican food I’ve had. I don’t even live around here but will definitely be back!

It was my sister who got me hooked on this place! She knew it would be up my alley, serving all the good stuff! I’ve stated before, I could get fat drinking horchata, and this is the place where that is most likely to happen Fresnillo is my favorite place for Mexican food in Salina! The guacamole is a generous serving, the chips are served with three different salsas, roja, verde, and picante, and all the food is filling!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Very authentic mexican food. The flavor is amazing. Quality and quantity of the food is amazing for the low cost. Staff is very friendly, feels like family. Very conveniently located on the corner of Cloud and 9th and plenty of parking in the 2 parking lots. They are doing it right here. If you haven’t tried their food yet, you must go!

This is a no-frills for-real Mexican establishment. There’s no free chips and salsa here but trust me you won’t miss it. I had the Quesabirrias de Res and I swear I’ve never had food that tasted so good. Top tier tacos. Tip: Park in the Kraft Manor parking lot; the parking on the north side is dicey getting backed out with busy Cloud street traffic.
