We are deep in the pandemic and this restaurant has not worn their masks through it all. The employees and kitchen staff have naked faces. You don’t see this when you order delivery. Spare yourself and your delivery driver the COVID and order elsewhere.

Best pizza shop in Cambridge but call them before you go to their store to get something. Sometimes they close at 8pm, sometimes 9pm, sometimes 10pm and sometimes they don’t open the store at all. I’m talking about on weekdays.

Very great service and amazing foods. The pizzeria is very friendly and attentive. The food fills you up and is extremely delicious. I recommend this place for families and college students! Awesome owner too! Did I forget to mention that the prices are also reasonable.

Neither the person working behind the counter nor the person making pizzas was wearing a mask (8-18-20). In general, Primo’s pizza is just fair with crust made of what tastes like highly processed white flour. The other ingredients are of higher quality. I’ve only had the pizza and I cannot recommend it if you have an alternative.

Came here for the first time and will be my last. I order a small pizza and chicken wing dinner (i tried ordering a sub but their grill “wasn’t working”)at 5:07 they tell me 20 minutes. I go in and the man at the register sees me and my kids come in and TURNS his back towards the kitchen for whatever reason as I stand there for a few seconds the lady IN THE KITCHEN greets me and he then turns around and asks “did you order for pick up” no hello, hi nothing. I answer him and by now it’s almost 5:40. He tells me a few more minutes I wait 8 more minutes until the food is handed to me I say thank you and he says NOTHING. HE TELLS ME 20 MINUTES AND THE FOOD TAKES OVER 40 MINUTES. I get home open the chicken wing dinner and there goes 5 BABY CHICKEN WINGS. I definitely took a picture and will be posting on here. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! BRING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Delivery was over 30 minutes late when we are less than 1 mile away. Buffalo wings are not buffalo but just plain. Our pizza tastes okay but it’s borderline cold. We won’t be back!

Pretty solid place for inexpensive and quality pizza/subs. Take out is quick and easy and you can order online. Huge and delicious calzones (buffalo chicken and steak are both good in the moment and left over).

Ate at primos today for the first time. Got a super beef with sauce mayo and cheese. It was terrible. The worst roast beef sandwich I have ever had. Super beefs are one of my favorite meals. I was extremely let down. I will not be back.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese, bacon and tomato. I received two pieces of cardboard like chicken (fried super hard) with no buffalo sauce, mayo on the bottom, tomato and a few chips of bacon on top. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD. The chicken alone was hard (hockey puck) and very dry. When I called to tell them what I received they explained that they had new help in the kitchen but nothing further. He didn’t even offer to fix it. That’s just poor customer service. I even tipped the driver 4 bucks.
