Waited 15 minutes to get one order of large fries, there was no customer service cashier, all lobby transactions needed to be done at the kiosk, the manager on shift was basically training everyone at the same time, the higher management or ownership of this franchise needs to step it up. Their workers are doing the best they can but service was poor and the food was very cold when it finally came out. These workers deserve better.

Food is good bc it’s the only thing quick to eat around kodiak.. horrible customer service. Not a smile in sight .. I ordered some food .. someone grabbed my bag opened it went thru it and noticed they had the wrong food.. they put it back.. I then told them I wanted a new meal … i was only given new fries and the lady acted as if she didn’t want to do that . The whole vibe in the place is off .

Sat down and ate inside. IT was good McDonald’s fast food. Just what you expect from Mcdonalds. Hit and service was fast like before Covid. Place was spotless inside unusual for a place like Kodiak that is breaking up outside.. The drive thru was moving right along also. Quiet atmosphere as there was only 3 groups of customers sitting in.

I ordered through the app and selected curbside pickup. So my cousin and I waited for more than 30 mins waiting for the order. We called McDonald’s for 3-5 times. When the Manager answered she said “ we’re understaffed, just go drive through and tell us”. She sounded so rude and annoyed. Some McDonalds employees are just rude, especially the girl “Manager”.
