It was a very annoying experience going to this location at 1:30 in the morning. This stretch of I77 has hardly anything open outside of gas stations, so this was the only option. I was thankful to find it after not stopping in Statesville heading north. After waiting in line for 5-10 minutes an unapologetic woman comes out and says it will be 30 minutes for any food when I’m in the 6th car in line—telling me that I should leave. I asked why there was such a long wait, and they said two cars ordered a party pack. Admittedly, I’ve never worked at Taco Bell, but I have worked in fast food. There is no scenario where a large quantity of precooked ground beef can’t be warmed up in under 30 minutes. I would understand if their microwave broke or another piece of equipment, but the simple truth is the staff didn’t want to work anymore. I don’t blame them, but the managers and owners. You need to pay more for better-quality workers or supervise them more closely. $3 or $4 more per hour would get you a much higher caliber employee, and I counted six cars that left. There is no telling how much profit this location loses out on because they are cheap skates on wages.

We tried going to get breakfast a few minutes after 9 and we sat and waited and no one took our order so we went to leave and the staff was just standing with their back to the window. If you say you open at 9, then it is to be expected that at 9 you start taking orders.

Went to Drive-through and 4 cars in front of me. We all were told it would be a 29-45 minute wait , already a car at window!! All I wanted was a slushie!! Wow. Sorry worker at window. It was an older lady that is always hateful. Needless to say I won’t be going back!!!

They don’t deserve a whole star. Everything thing we order either didn’t have meat or just a piece or two. After spending 40.00 I went to get our money back. And was cussed and threatened by the Managers son who also works there. We sometimes eat 2 times a week there. That won’t happen again so glad it’s on camera I’ll have both of there jobs!

This Taco Bell used to be a hop in little place but it seems like recently wtheres a lack of help or whatever it is I waited 20 minutes in the drive through before leaving because I haven’t even been able to order yet. The incompetence of the staff is astonishing, I recently sat in the drive-through line for 50 minutes. Cars are just leaving the manager is nowhere to be found. I literally watched 3 workers outside smoking cigarettes, talking to someone in a vehicle or getting something out of their own car.
