The Dog Den is a great place to stop in for a hot dog in white plains. Just of the Bronx river path it’s a great ride from New York, and you can enjoy nice trails. Dog Den is just off the trail, and within the variety of hot dogs, everyone will be happy. I didn’t love the cheese on my dogs, but I’ve had dogs with more pickles and onions that were amazing here. I try something new every time.

Stopped by The Dog Den the other day for lunch and was so happy with our decision! I love hot dogs so I’m always excited when I get to have what I call ‘fancy ones’. They have a lot of different topping options so I’m sure everyone can find something to try here! ordered the Bernie Mac n cheese which had Mac n cheese and bacon on top of the hot dog. I also got the scooby-doo which had spicy chili, nacho cheese, onions, bacon, and jalapeños. Both were delicious! The hot dog itself was good and so were the toppings. There were so many toppings I had quite the mess to clean up afterwards. My bf got one of the cinco specials that was with chili, sour cream, pico, and crushed tortilla chips and it was also good! We got a side of fries and bottle of coke. This place is located right underneath the white plains metro north station. Overall we had a really nice lunch sitting outside and enjoying some yummy food with good weather. I’II definitely be back. And I just missed the cut on free food with the height chart! (see pic!).

Pasted this place for many years. Recently identified it on Google Maps. Love the way they utilize their sidewalk/street space with loads of benches, umbrellas and toys for the kids. The hot dogs (Sabrette) were very good. Love the various toppings. Hope to make my way through the menu over time. Will definitely stop here on our way to the Hartford area.

This place is the GO TO SPOT for hotdogs. You have to go check it out. They have there summer menu with so many choices. Their owner Dennis, is a stand up guy who makes sure each and every customer has a perfect experience. My go to is the Mcdogden. It’s a take on a Big Mac and absolutely insane. When they have it try there homemade Arnold Palmer lemon icee. Will blow your mind. Been there so many times google maps made a video of a few of my dogs. Had to share with the community.

There are so many options that it takes me about 5 to 10 minutes to make a decision. I like the Bernie mac and cheese dog. The owner is down to earth and tall. He’s over 7 feet. If you’re taller than him you can eat for free. It’s down a one way street with little to no traffic. Definitely worth a try. My ultimate goal is to try each hot dog on the menu.

They’re hot dogs. Don’t expect a gourmet experience and you’ll be okay. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had, but they’re hot dogs. As far as hot dogs are concerned they’re a 4+ star. Variety of menu, quick service, friendly people/owner. I love going there. Not a thing bad to say….well, they give you more than you can eat and you can’t stop.

This place is a vibe in the summer. The hot dog creations are super cool but more than that, we enjoyed the atmosphere. The kids were kept entertained with games while waiting for our food. There’s seating right in front but also “across the street” under some trees. I put that in quotes because it’s a tiny street that barely anyone passes. (Disclaimer: we went on a Monday afternoon so might be more thru traffic other days/ times). The kids meals had so many cute things included, way better than a Happy Meal!

Very unique place to get hot dogs, they have the most interesting combinations. I like the Bob Ross dog and iced tea drink. They are in a rly cool location seems like a old ticket booth right off the Bronx River Parkway and also right underneath the white plains train station. I met one of the owners really chill down to earth dude. I tell everyone to come here. Keep doing what your doing!!!!
