All I can say is WOW Jessica and her team did an amazing job. As soon as I walk through the door they made me feel like I matter. Everyone took there time and said hello even there was a lot of staff because new hire were training.

With the construction going on on the road outside. It’s very hard to get into the restaurant if you can’t navigate it and figure it out. But if you get inside it’s well worth it. Waffle house is 1 of the few restaurants is nationwide that is consistent in their quality. I always look for a good restaurant in waffle house is one that I always seek out

It should be obvious by now that waffle house is one of my favorite restaurants. Well, that & it’s one of the couple places open after work. This location is one of my favorites. I’ve eaten here twice in the middle of the night when two different other local locations have told me they were closed to clean up & refused to serve me.

The employees are very good, consdering 2 of the 3 ACs overhead were OUT. The floor beneath the working unit was a hazard…condensation dripping on the floor. I pity those workers. Franchise owner needs a reprimand.

They have some lazy employees here. Refused to sit is on one side and had us stacked up to one corner uncomfortable. Because she said she didn’t feel like cleaning the other side of the restaurant because there was only 2 employees there. Let me show you just how much room there was and how much was to be cleaned. 4 booths. It’s called a job for a reason. She turned customers away rather than clean 4 booths. Does she know the waffle house is small to begin with. I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate an employee like this. 11:30am on June 29th… So I just drove down the road to the next waffle house. Simple enough.

On August 1st at 10 PM, I headed to Waffle house to eat something. I parked my car at their parking lot and I wanted to end the conversation on the phone before entering Waffle House. 20 minutes later, manager sent me an employee and asked me to leave their parking space. WHAT!!! I was on the phone and I was going to get in. What a terrible customer service. What a terrible manager.

Man the steak and cheese sandwich with the bacon is delicious. Best sandwich that I have had in a long time. Jessica was our server and she was the most pleasant person to me and my family. The cook was awesome as well but I didn’t catch her name because she was whipping up that work on the grille. Great food and great customer service.
