I use to love Arby’s, but since the pandemic the taste of the roast beef has gone down hill and it is not just this location. I travel across the country and have tried the roast beef on the East Coast, West Coast and everywhere in the middle and it all has tasted like sliced cardboard. Very disappointed

Went inside. Service was quick. Waited maybe 2 minutes for my food after payment. Staff was friendly. I asked the cashier if the buffalo chicken was feathered buffalo or furry chickens and if the buffalo chickens were free range. He laughed at my joke so extra points for that. Food was hot. Fresh. It was exactly what you would expect from a good store with a good crew. Would go there again.

Always clean and usually pretty fast Arby’s is good thank you. it’s always nice to know that Arbys is never that far by they have a great roast beef sandwich that I always get I do have one small minor complaint but it seems like they never put enough cheese sauce on the roast beef. if I were to change one thing I would definitely change that and make sure that every sandwich gets a full ladle of cheese sauce I mean seriously isn’t that what we go there for anyways. The curly fries are great as usual nothing ever wrong with those. I do however like the roast beef sandwich as at one time I thought about getting a double roast beef and I was quite surprised at how gigantic any Normas that was I don’t get that anymore because it literally is too much but if you are hungry and looking for a great awesome sandwich I would highly recommend the double roast beef just make sure you ask them to soak it in plenty of liquid gold I mean liquid cheese that is what a beautiful combination one thing I don’t understand that if you go outside of Cincinnati to other cities Arby’s puts a red sauce on their sandwich that I don’t like at all I never about that around here just usually other cities which is very strange to me

I went through the drive thru on 5.30.23 for a sandwich after work. When I pulled to the screen to order two male staff were standing at the back door smoking. I was asked to wait before ordering. I finally gave my order, paid, and drove home to eat my sandwich. When I opened my sandwich to add sauce, there was a very large cigarette ash sitting on my roast beef. Disgusting! I threw it away! I won’t be back to this location.

Food was good ordered in the app. Made a mistake, ordered 4 instead of 2. The manager, said he did not take care of the app. Knew nothing about it. I had to get 2 extra sandwiches.

Worst Arby’s I have ever been too. Went through the drive thru on Tuesday May 23 around 7pm ordered a chicken sandwich, it had two pieces of chicken on it and both were old and dry like it had been sitting around for awhile, (maybe that’s why they put two pieces on it) will never go back.

Upon visiting this location they ended up giving me an extra sandwich. They were prompt and delivered quickly. The two items I ordered were delicious. I am not quite sure what the free sandwich was I ended up getting, but it was steak like and very fatty and stringy. I can’t recommend it, but the boast beef and french dip were delicious.

I walked in to order my food and two staff members looked at me and walked away. The lobby was unbelievably dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. I had to wipe my chair off before I could sit down. As someone who use to work in fast food I do not expect it to be perfect but this lobby does not appear to have been clean for awhile. I wonder what the kitchen looks like?
