Absolutely abysmal. Quite possibly the worst single fast food restaurant I have had the misfortune to eat at. Every single time I have eaten at this Taco Bell after the morning/lunch hours, I am treated to what can only be described as slop. Until now I just looked the other way because, let’s face it, fast food is rarely all that well made, but this is just unacceptable. How is it that I can go to this place during the lunch hour and have a perfectly decent experience, but anytime I go in the afternoon I get food that looks like it was made in a washing machine. Today I tried the new Cantina Chicken Tacos, as shown in the picture below. 5 dollars for two half empty tortillas with two inches of rubberized chicken each. Never again. Do yourself a favor and drive across town to the other Taco Bell, or hell, drive to one in Georgetown. Cold food is at least edible.

Would’ve gave 0 if I could’ve. For one y’all don’t answer the phone. Ever. My entire $40 order was messed up. Mexican pizza had to be sitting there and warmed back up from a previous order with how soggy the bottom shell was, the quesadilla wasn’t steamed so the cheese wasn’t melted. Everything I asked for no tomato on bc my daughter is allergic had tomatoes on it. Left one of my burritos out, chalupa and taco had lettuce when I asked for none on there. This is ridiculous at this point it’s your employees not reading the screen I’ve worked fast food it’s not that hard to read a screen and bag food correctly.

Consistently screws up. I received someone else’s food in drivethru and of course didn’t not discover until I got home. The food I received that was wrong was gross looking and not edible. No one answers the phone so I couldn’t reach a manager to correct this issue. I should not have to travel twice for an order of food. Buyer beware. This place is not consistent.

I ordered 2 Chalupa boxes, the drive thru, and I was starving. Chulapas are about $5 (where the whole box used to be that), and they shorted a Chulpa. So, I called 5 times, and no one will answer the phone. So, people, you still OWE me a Chalupa. I will come back to collect my Chalupa and will reference this receipt. I even asked the lady if the boxes were in there, as they didn’t give it to us in boxes, just 1 big bag.

I love Taco Bell, but this location is terrible. No meat on the tacos (see my photo), stale tortillas (hard when they should be soft), stale hard taco shells or broken. This place is just not good and I am disappointed because it is the location nearest me. Please try a little harder for the customers who love Taco Bell. As you can see in my photo, barely any meat and even less cheese. I was already home when I saw it or I would have said something.
