Hard working crew in this location. Fresh hot food came out quickly. Staff was great with helping us find a good deal for what we wanted. Been to other Popeyes in the area, this store can show them some stuff on how to run a “fast” food restaurant. Good job guys!

To the OWNERS: I normally don’t post reviews unless it’s something folks need to hear, good or bad! This is a horrible review. I really hope the owners respond or at least the store manager. I purchased a 5 piece signature meal deal for my wife and I on August 29, 2023 at 5:20 p.m. ish. I ordered two additional strawberry biscuits. I drove 2 miles home and we proceeded to eat. Here is the issue. I can overlook certain things but this meal was a joke. We received a breast, leg and three wings. I have no dought that the chicken had been sitting for some time. It was extremely dry and over cooked. The strawberry biscuits were obviously baked earlier in the day because they were hard and dry. You could tell the biscuits had just been microwaved. We ended up throwing everything away and ate ham sandwiches.

Everything was delicious, staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Only one tiny complaint. The fanta orange soft drink was actually rootbeer. I didnt like the mashed potatoes very much but thats more of a personal preference, nothing they as restaurant did wrong. Food was hot and fresh. Looking forward to returning to try other menu options.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes with five of those minutes waiting at the speaker to order my food because the anti multitasker running the drive through was clearly over worked. The sad part is I was the only vehicle at the place.

Placed an Apple Pay order but when I arrived, an employee told me that they were out of stock of an item. Canceled my order and asked for a refund. 2.5 weeks later and no refund, I stopped by to ask when I can expect to get my money back. An employee called the GM and the response was they processed my refund and the issue should be handled with my bank. I’m not sure how the GM knew they processed my refund when they didn’t even look at the amount or date of the order. My bank advised me that no refund came through. Shady shady place.

First the employee in the drive through was short with us, then when we finally got to the drive through window 40 minutes later they said they are short handed, (there was at least 6 employees and all stations were tended) we get our food (20$ for two meals) and my wife’s 3 piece chicken strip meal looks like it was soaked in grease and each piece were about as big as my little finger. When we went in to complain, the tray of chicken strips under the lamp were all large and looked great (“they just came out of the fryer”) The ones they gave us should have been in the trash not given to a paying customer.

Their fried chicken here is delicious. but sometimes, there are days when their fried chicken is slimy, and the oil they used tastes old. And their service is very slow. Oftentimes, their ATM doesn’t work, and you have to pay in cash. Especially in South Campbell. So Oftentimes, we go to Sunshine, the service is fast, and the oil they use tastes fresh. I’m just saying.

We have been waiting in this restaurant in Republic MO for 30 minutes. There are only 3 people in the restaurant. They are not paying attention to the customers. This has been the worst experience at Popeyes I have ever had. We ended up getting a refund as 2 orders that were taken after ours that was given first and my wife and I just had 2 individual meals. It was frustrating as the poor guy at the register was new, and the manager was just hanging out in the back not helping him get orders out. They had to also refund the guy who ordered ahead of us as he had been waiting about 40 minutes.

Guys this is what Popeyes should taste like. We got there and the new teen drive thru person said it will be 17mins to get your chicken, well we tried cancelling the order… and ended up with some of the best chicken. Hey, be patient the manager was taller with dark hair, and she is an out right rock star! Be kind it’s worth the wait!
