We really enjoyed our dinner here. Service was great in a funky atmosphere. Would have been a full 5 stars but the bisque I had wasn’t very bisque-y. It tasted great but was more like seafood soup with a tiny bit of cream. Definitely not a hearty, creamy bisque. So while I enjoyed the flavor, I was disappointed in the texture.

We went there recently on a Friday night and enjoyed some delicious food as well as the band! I had a fish dinner and my spouse had the pork chops, both were delicious! The waitress suggested a dessert that was so scrumptious! If you are looking for a great spot for a night out, I would recommend this place! The people were wonderful and the vibes were awesome. Thank you to the folks at The Bone and Barrel for a great evening!

We always stop at B&B when we are in town. Today I had the fried grit cakes, shrimp with a tomato gravy for the fist time. The server mishandled the hot bowl causing the presentation to look dishshoveled, but by the third bite, I was planning the return trip. Exploring all menus with shrimp and grits is my culinary goal. This complex tomato gravy and perfectly fried grit cakes is #1. Shrimp was fresh, tasty, but not the star of this dish.

Such a pleasant surprise! The family wanted to go somewhere casual with TVs so we could watch March Madness. I found this restaurant under sports bars. I must admit, my expectations were kind of low for the food. Our waitress was precious and so attentive. I had one of their signature cocktails, and it was perfect. We all ordered burgers, except one of us had the Conecuh sausage mac and cheese! All of the food was really good. Burgers were cooked as ordered with all the right additions. Just exactly what we were looking for!!!

Food, drinks, and service are excellent. The actual building looks pretty rough on the inside. It’s a bit cramped so background noise gets pretty loud. The live music by Jenna McClelland was excellent. Will definitely try sitting outside next time weather permitting.

Attempted to eat on Tuesday early evening may 2. After waiting an extended time to be seated. Two other tables near us were later seated and had water and drinks before our waitress even arrived. Even the waitress who seated us was aware but did nothing . Needless to say we left quite disappointed and didn’t wait any longer . Sorry three waitresses with it 10 feet couldn’t get it together .

Seafood Mac n cheese was delicious and highly recommended! The menu offers a variety of beer options, bottle and drafts. Small wine selection but the outdoor courtyard and music offerings elevated the laid back southern ambience.
