I went there for a capuchino blast a young guy took my order started been kinda rude, i just thougth its normal its probably been a tough day the guy charges me on my card. Goes off to make it didn’t wash his hands and then says there’s not enough ice cream he can’t make it, so I then say ok give me my money back and he says he just cant.. a nice women who saw all that came up to him and also states the same thing he has an attitude slams the utensils and icecream cover and says everyone from there do the same they don’t have the need to wash there hands. So then I just ask again for my money and I guess with the people walking out and 2 people complaining he just gave me me money .. he’s rude super rude and abnoxious , doesn’t have manager or people skills.

AN THAT’S SAD TO SAY BUT IT’S TRUE THAT BUTTER PECAN CRUNCH THAT SHE MADE WAS TERRIBLE! WE ONLY BOUGHT IT CUZ MY DAUGHTER SAID THAT HER’S WAS GOOD AN TASTY. SO WHOEVER MADE HER’SMADE IT RIGHT! BUT THE LADY THAT MADE OURS WAS TERRIBLE!. A NO NO. Im JUST SAYING. Love their iced coffee. Only complaint about this location is when placing a large order it can be difficult to understand what they have written on the cups. They often add sugar when asked for no sugar or all for sugar free syrup and you get regular.

I usually come here for coffee and I wanted to try the Matcha latte. I orderes it once efore I liked it but unfortunately this time it was bad. The match latte was just milk and all the powder/matcha mix was on the bottom. Other than that service was good.
