Me and my husband had ordered dinner her through the kiosk. It took about 10-12 minutes to get our food but we knew it was busy. Once I received my food I looked at my grilled cheese and it was like a burnt pancake. I didn’t take a picture because I was just going to let it go and ask for a new one. The second I walked up to the counter I was ignored. 1-2 minutes went by until I had to get the managers attention myself. The second I showed her my grilled cheese she spoke very loudly and said “Just throw it away! Just throw it away!” I work in customer service and that is no way to respond to a customer especially a paying one. So I’m waiting another 10 minutes at least and not once does she ask the back where the grilled cheese is until right before it’s handed to me. I asked for her name because I thought it was very unprofessional how she handled the situation. “Tanya.” Then I go back to the table to my husband who shows me one of the burgers, may I remind you we also received 2 single burgers instead of the double cheeseburger he ordered. Also she didn’t even care to ask to replace my root beer float that was no longer that once I returned to my seat 13-15 minutes later. I have attached photos as well. Not a good presentation one bit. This is the worst shake shack we have been to, to say the least. Terrible service. Especially for 37$

The person who took my order could not tell me how much caffeine was in the the caffeinated lemonade. Then after waiting for almost 10 minutes asked about my order and someone else made it for me. When I asked her how much caffeine was in it, she said she forgot to put it in. And then asked how much I would like. Seems like a fail. None of the workers seemed happy at all. Very low energy. I was going to get a burger next time we come to the mall but now I’m not so sure.

This is the worst shake shack location. If you want to go to shake shack go to the one up the street on glades road. This location doesn’t no how to cook the food. My burger was served to me burned and crispy. The drinks are fixed as you order it and it sits there until it’s watered down.

Save your money and time. The employees are more concerned about their weekend events then cooking the food properly to the customers. Got the mushroom burger, we received it Frozen. Go to the counter they give us another one more frozen the. The first one. How could this happen. I won’t be returning to this store. Worst experience of my life!

Couldn’t order. They have 2 kiosks but the people ordering had no idea how to use it. There are humans behind the counter, but they don’t interact with other humans. Their only function is to take food from the kitchen and place it on the counter.

I had the worst experience a customer can have, I waited more than half an hour for my order, while I seeing the employees in the kitchen and those who should be in front talking or looking at their phones. When they finally had my order ready, I observed that the drinks were missing, when I ask to please check what was missing in my order, the lady threw on the counter the cups of soda and the bottle of water at me aggressively. It’s good that there are other places with competent staff in this food court because I won’t be ordering from this place again.

My daughter and I ate there earlier today for her birthday lunch and almost didn’t make it home because we have stomach illness. We’ve been in the bathroom since. Somethings not clean in the kitchen behind those doors. I’m looking through reviews and I’m seeing others with the same problem.
