This waffle house has gone down since Management changed. I don’t know what happened the associates don’t care and Mr. Marlow the manager really doesn’t care. I tried to come to him with my grievance of being put on hold by two different associates that never came back to the phone after having to go there in person hopefully to talk to a manager that would understand a rainy day Sunday he addressed me with no care in the world went on a spiel about how they’re shorthanded with six people in the kitchen and two tables. Then he says, aren’t you in line now they had three people dining in. There was a five person takeout line yet they’re not answering and not taking to go orders and I asked the manager why not when do you guys get to go orders the manager Mr.Marlow answer was when we can get to them I was taken aback. unacceptable

Another waffle house “CLOSED” but they’re 24 hrs. The guy told me they have to clean, but him and the lady are inside sitting down on their phones. SMH. I guess they need help so bad they’ll pay people sit down and do nothing and refer them to the waffle house up the street.

We went to the waffle House on panola and Covington highway it was horrible. The waitress was irritated she had to stop eating and waiting on us. She put our food order in continued to eat and forgot our waffles. She was sitting close to us so I asked her about our waffles. She stated to me when they are ready they will let me know and I will bring them to you. After we had our food and still no waffle she finally stops eating and goes over to the waffle station and drops our waffle. I asked to speak with the manager. He was the same guy laughing and giggling with the waitress and told me that she can eat. I stated not while she’s serving customers. He looked at me as if I had said the dumbest thing. Then the waitress slaps our ticket down on the table while he was standing there and walked away back to her seat and continued to eat. I told the manager this was unacceptable and his reply to me was ‘well’.

HORRIBLE! The absolute WORST breakfast I’ve had. Probably should have eaten at the dumpster instead. The food was burnt and over cooked, orange juice was clumpy, other guests that arrived after us where served before us, the Christmas lights on the windows fell on us. Never will eat at this location again. Best of luck on everyone else’s dinning experiences here. PLEASE say Grace first! The sweet tea was pressure so that’s where the 1 star came in.

Hair in my long awaited food, steak over well after I asked for medium well, grits were watery, gave me bread when I specifically asked for no bread, when I was ordering she kept cutting me off to ask me questions I already answered and she put my silverware directly on the table… With no napkin!
