After reading these comments, it’s interesting to know that Popeyes isn’t a success in certain areas or regions. If y’all get a chance, y’all need to come to New Orleans, Louisiana and/or surrounding areas of New Orleans to get the real Popeyes experience. I see some of y’all like KFC or Bojangles where as it’s not really popular in the New Orleans or surrounding areas. I just wish that all Popeyes were good, that’s my point.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this store it is a disappointment. They are always understaffed, rude, and slow. Even when they have a lot of people working, they are always playing around behind the counter. One time I came and someone had their child behind the counter talking and hugging up on employees while the drive through line was wrapped around the building. Last night I was told that the ghost pepper wings are no longer sold there, despite it still being advertised on the building and on commercials. This Popeye’s Chicken is such a disappointment!

At the speaker for 25 mins. 8 cars behind me blowing at me. I drive up and say is the speaker working? She was like have a nice day!! Manager that is on duty 8/7 @6:30 and when she is here this place is not where you want to go. Any one else and you get in and out.

Every time we have gotten food from this Popeyes our order has been wrong. Every time! We have lived here a year and used to go at least once a week. Now we go about once a month because it’s so maddening that we can’t EVER get what we pay for!!! We check the food before we drive away but, it’s usually not until we get home and unpack everything that was realize something is won’t or missing and usually both! Buyer beware.

Terrible Service. Was told the lobby was closed at 5:30 in the afternoon and they only had one person working. Then I went to the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and was told they didn’t even have the chicken thawed out. Please don’t wast your time. Drive on to Baldwin and order at Bojangles. Waited over 30 mins for less then average food. Waited outside when they told us to pull up, had to go inside after 30 mins of waiting then continued to wait inside as the manager argued with us after they gave us the wrong food.

The food was awful….chicken had no taste…rice was undercooked in the red beans and rice..Cole slaw was slimy and the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. We waited for 20 minutes for chicken to get that slop ??? Will never go back !!!
