I got lucky today! There was only 4 cars in front of me. I ordered the fries ,pink Lemonade ,double double with grilled onions cut in half . I was really impressed! Not only did the cook cut the burger in half they also wrapped them separately! A first for fast food! The young lady who took my order was nice and the 2 young man at both widows were very nice. My food was hot and fresh!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t know what has been going on here lately but now I have to start asking for fresh fries. Fries that have not been sitting or waiting to be picked up(that’s a thing I found out) they can give you fries that have been sitting. It’s my 3rd time in the last month in which my fries have been very disappointing, dissatisfying and old. This time I took a pic and I could not finish them knowing they were old. They’ve been real dark lately and old. I have no idea what’s going on here but that is beyond not ok. I hope management reads this and tells their workers that it is never ok to serve old fries re heated fries or fries that have been sitting! It shouldn’t be based on the cook, it’s a team effort-it should be! If it’s not right have it made over, don’t still serve it to someone who spent their time and money and energy to wait in those lines and travel. I have an ability so it wasn’t easy getting up and getting there let alone having to turn back around and go inside! Not once but 3xs now

My family and I have visited In-N-Out on several occasions throughout the Las Vegas-Henderson-Summerlin areas, and I’ll say that although their burgers are tasty, it definitely isn’t my favorite burger restaurant. The presentation of the burgers are always exceptional and maybe it’s just me but I wish their burger patties were bigger. Also, their fries is decent, but nothing to write home about; I shouldn’t have to ask them to cook it “well done” in order to get good fries. Also, I don’t understand this whole concept of a secret menu. I mean why wouldn’t you just publicize what all the options are and place them on your menu, especially when this “said menu” isn’t as secretive anymore? I do however, enjoy the idea of having peppers as a condiment with my burger and fries. Also, their milk shakes tastes so good and the consistency is notable.

I really love In n Out and I believe they’re one of the best burger spots around. Their shakes and fries mixed together are absolutely delicious. Their burgers are 95% of the time really good, other times the burgers seem a bit old and rushed, which is completely understandable. Besides that there is nothing wrong, Their lines always move fast and they have nice staff.
