Stopped in today after passing by probably hundreds of times and the only “issue” I found is I’ll be stopping in more often now! Food was amazing. I got beef ribs, brisket & pulled pork along with Mac & cheese and mixed greens & cabbage. Very tasty! I’m sorry it took this long to try!!!!

I visited the store to pick up an order. I waited at least 10 minutes to be greeted. Both waitress/cashiers walked past another customer and myself several times before we had to scream over the music to get their attention. Even after getting her attention she was not tentative or good at communicating if the order was ready or not. I have never visited a restaurant where I was blatantly ignored and treated as if I was a burden on the establishment. The customer service really sucked. I would never spend my hard earned money here. The waitress a long 40 inch weave that laid down past her rear end serving food. She had to keep swinging her hair out of her face. Her hair should have been in a ponytail at minimum. Her fake nails were longer that they should have been to work in a restaurant serving food. And she was not wearing gloves. She was rude, unprofessional, unorganized …the counter was dirty. Receipts, personal platters, and personal cups were everywhere! Her children were running around the restaurant. This was definitely a bad experience. I eventually found out my order never never started due to a mix up. I walked out. The cost of living/food is too high to spend at establishments who run business this way. If your busy. Say so. Communicate and engage with your customers. It’s essential to your revenue.

Came across Rochester bbq today on Google Maps today,I was not disappointed. The food was top tier! I ordered cat fish w/ black eye peas and rice and mac & cheese. The bbq chicken vegetarian beans and potato salad were very good. Well seasoned and fresh. I will definitely be back!

Spent over 50 bucks total for Beef Ribs, way over priced sides. The sides were below average but that’s my opinion, who cares. The important part is the Beef ribs that were served raw, not fully cooked like they should be. Don’t waste your money, This is a 1 star restaurant. Like some people who don’t even cook got together and said hey let’s start a restaurant and charge $15 for frozen fries.
