I just spent $38 on 4 bowls and the bowls are half full! Maybe you have to come in and order to get a decent bowl! I’m paying almost $10 for a bowl at least fill the bowl up. I will not patronize this location again! I will call tomorrow to speak with a manager!

Normally a great Chipotle and food is always hot and fresh however I went there last night around 8 PM and they told me they were out of steak. When really they were not out of steak, they just did not want to cook anymore

I just want to start out by saying the food was excellent and fresh! The crew tonight worked together as a team to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. And of course every employee was so sweet from the time I started my order until I left with my food. Amazing job Canfield chipotle! I will ALWAYS be back!

Unfortunately they need to get their act together, the quality is not up to their standards. I know everyone is short handed, but that shouldn’t affect the quality. The chips were old and soft and the place could have used a good cleaning. I feel bad because I hardly ever give bad reviews and Chipolte has always been a favorite of mine.

I recently ordered a burrito a few days ago for pickup. When I went in to get my food it was a few minutes late because someone was screaming at the employees and being very mean. It’s FOOD for gods sake…shame on that person.

Went the other day, grossly understaffed, workers were very slow and had difficulty wrapping the burrito, skimpy proportions, and not as clean as any other I’ve been to. Not to mention, my usual order was more expensive. Just a sign of the times.

This chipotle is trash, online order workers deserve to be fired. last like 3 times i went my bowl isnt even filled Half. Extra rice i order and theres not even a regular amount. Will never be returning to this chipotle. Head down the road to the better one in boardman

Since when does Double meat mean a very light scoop followed by a half scoop. I wouldn’t complain if they were two light scoops, but I’m not paying for 1 1/3 portions when I’m charged for double. And when I say “I’m sorry, what’s that? That’s not double. That’s less than one and a half portions.” I’m looked at like I’m crazy. Ive never felt the need to review a chain restaurant but I’d recommend going to Boardman or Austintown instead. I feel bad for the girl making the burrito, I’m sure it’s just a policy she has to follow. She probably gets tired of hearing it.
