I consider myself a regular…but I believe if I ask for a Gorda or gordita I should get what I pay for. More than half it was just flour tortilla. I called and the answer was thats how we served them… how sad !!

First and last time I come. I asked them for 2 Carne asada gorditas i got home and saw that i did not get what i ordered very disrespectful ladys they lied telling me that they had Carne asada when they did not. they lack the good service. one of the ladys where on her phone. I suggest no one comes here bad service,food and atmosphere never coming again.

We have been regular costumers but we noticed a decline on their service and food. Ladies working there are rude and they get your order wrong all the time. I give 2 stars because the tortillas are actually good.

Ordered three burritos through doordash, order was scheduled around 8AM opening time. I had the winnie, bean & cheese & the green deshebrada. Winnie burrito was alright but I didn’t receive any sauces with my order which would’ve given wayy more flavor to the entire order. Bean and cheese was where I was completely disappointed; the beans tasted so burnt it was inedible.

I’ll give it an extra star just because my coke was cold. But again like other reviews willing to give it a second try on a different day for a better rating. The menudos temperature was perfect, however, the flavor did not convince me at all. I had to put three packs of salt. Even that didn’t give it flavor. The pan Frances was soggy. I would advice that instead of putting the bread wrapped in foil to serve it with wax paper on a little basket like the one for the chips… Table i was on was not clean. I see the perspective from the employee as well that maybe sometimes there is rush hr and trying to provide a fast service can sometimes leave other things unattended. Service is great very friendly. But will give it another shot to see if rating can be better…

I came to this location and I witnessed this kitchen woman dropping the knife she was opening the gorditas with on the floor and she just picked it up and continued cutting open the gorditas. She had a bit of attitude when I addressed the fact. Unbelievable how she didn’t acknowledge how that act was so unhealthy At the end she apologized for her “mistake “ but She did not want to give me her name. It is a very unhealthy thing to do specially around this pandemic area we are all going through. Never coming back to this location.

First and last time to eat at this place. I have never experienced such as terrible customers service. There was 2 girls. In one of the basket they serve my gorditas there was old food stuck it. ( wasn’t washed properly). The girl that made the gorditas didn’t use gloves to serve our food. (Poor hygiene). Don’t waste your time.
