Consistently some of the best Chinese food in the area for 10+years. I enjoy the appetizers and entrees… whether steamed or fried. The prices are reasonable, and they prepare your meal quickly. I, also, love the fact that over the years, I’ve seen high school students working behind the counters. They’ve employed local teens. That’s a good thing.

Never ordering again I had hair in my plain lo mein literally with a scalp scab left on it. I also had food poisoning…. I knew the food tasted a little funny but i should’ve known better when the boneless spareribs was gray that something was absolutely wrong. A waste of money and I’ll never come back here again.

Ordered a shrimp fried rice, the woman working gave me my total and then charged my card over a dollar more than what she said. If there’s a fee for using cards that’s fine, but at least let the customer know!! I order the same 3 items from here and every time it’s a different price.

I have been going to Bamboo House for nearly 30 years. But over the past few months things are going backwards there. The quality of the food isn’t the same, the delivery time is now an HOUR and A HALF to get food delivered. Really???????Time to start looking for someplace else. Now that I think about of there are 2 other Chinese food [laces between them. Go back to how it was in the past…

I have never once had a bad experience with Bamboo House, nor has any of their cuisine been “Nasty and/or cold”. The staff are also a delight. If that were ever the case, why have they been there since the day I was born back in good old 82′? Having grown up in Westfield my parents still would order in from Bamboo even after moving. I must have tried everything on the menu by now, and though some dishes are not my cup of tea, i have yet to be disappointed.
