This is why these people work in the fast food industry, that can’t do much more. Look at that taco, pathetic. 90% of the taco is OUTSIDE the shell. The first taco I opened was smooshed in 1/2. Bunch of workers who think that just because they are sacrificing their personal time, they should get paid. I mean, they need their next tat and their vapes. I hope Taco Bell has a decent retirement plan, I don’t see the geniuses that made this taco ever finding a better job.

I typically do not rate FF unless it’s very good or extremely awful. Seriously, this Taco Bell is exceptional. They actually used more than a strip of cheese on my tacos minus lettuce, filling it nearly to the top.

I ordered a queserito as part of a meal, ordered it vegetarian and fresco (no dairy). Opened to find it is only NACHO CHEESE. This feels like a bad joke. I always order no cheese or sour cream due to dairy intolerance. Waste of an item since I didn’t have the time tonight to go back.

honestly not great food or great prices but this gets a 5 star anyways because its consistent and has options for nearly everyone, including not too severe celiacs like myself. bathrooms can be gross and service is what youd expect from a bunch of teenagers (or adults that act like teenagers) running a place. however, its consistently like that across all taco bells, and for that i like it. and also i dont get the stomach issues that some say they get from it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially on a holiday. Unfortunately, 80% of our order was incorrect. I did call in and they said they left word with the manager to help correct the error. Sadly, a couple of us were unable to eat dinner tonight.

Taco Bell, maybe you should work more on your customer service. I went through the drive-through about an hour ago and ordered the $5 Box and some nachos. This is the second time I’ve ordered a $5 Box in the last month or so (the previous being the Battle Creek, Beckley Rd. location) and this happened both time, so it must be a “trained” action.
