I didn’t think I’d be able to find good Mexican food in Oregon but they proved me wrong. Their carne asada tasted great. I haven’t had churros that good since living in Mexico 20 years ago.

An authentic Mexican food truck in the middle of nowhere. The food was hot and delicious and wholesome. The chefs were very polite and pleasant. The have a small tent with a heater and some seating. There is space around the truck to park cars. We ordered a veg burrito and veg quesadilla and both were mouth watering. I totally recommend this place!

Good spot when passing through, between Pilot & Pacific Pride. Ordered the Carne Asada Torta and it was good just lacked in the meat department for the price. But if you want Mexican food when traveling through a rural area this place will do.

Authentic Mexican cuisine food truck along 97 highway, the carnitas super burrito and Tilapia entree is very deliciouso . Food are fresh and warmth. The owner is polite and friendly. Very homely kind of ambience. We went back again for breakfast and tried the breakfast burritos Huevos A La Mexicana. It’s awesome! Should try if you are here.

Awesome little taco truck to eat at!!! I had the chicken floutas with rice and beans, I could have used more beans lol, but they were good. I also had a couple tacos, one chicken and one asada. I didn’t really care for the asada meat (I don’t usually eat red meat but I wanted to try it) but the chicken was excellent! Staff was super nice and inviting!!! They even have tables set up so you can eat there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good hearty meal! They even gave little baggies of hot sauce.. such a great little business!!! I added updated photos of the menu in case anyone wants to see the menu.

Spicy Habanero Salsa! Sopes and Tacos Doradas (Crispy Fried tacos). Authentic Mexican food, with a really spicy salsa – seriously spicy. Super delicious with a Mexican Coca Cola. Great stop along your road trip. You won’t be disappointed, and surely will remember your tia’s flaming salsas!!
