The staff are friendly and attentive. The food took a long time to get out. Most of the food were great. I would recommend the Key lime French toast and their homemade corn beef hash. However, I would stay away from the steak. The steaks we order were cooked to the correct temp but they were so tough and chewy that the butter knife they provided barely was able to cut it. They get the award for the toughest steak we have every got from any restaurant. The booth we sat in has a big rip across it and should probably be re-upholstered so the adhesive from the repair tape does stick to customer’s clothing when they sit there.

I loved this place until today. After a 30 minute wait & no food, and several other groups who came in after us had been served, it was clear they’d lost our order and didn’t even notice. Then they brought 1 plate for the 2 of us, with the wrong order. (It’s scrambled eggs & toast. How hard is that?). We left $3 for the iced tea & found a restaurant that wasn’t so disorganized.

Have driven by here for years headed to Hollis Flea Market and decided to stop on our way home. Loved the retro / vintage decor especially the antiques displayed on walks. Staff was great. Food was mixed review. Wife didn’t get right meal and eggs overcooked,BUT meal was taken off the bill. I would still recommend as it was a cool place to try out !!!

The food was so disgusting. The home fries taste like they’re the frozen premade ones from Costco, and they throw random seasoning on their food. My eggs Benedict was nasty. Their ice coffee was so watery with the minimal amount of ice. Such as waste of $30.

Delicious breakfast at Franny’s this morning! The staff was super accommodating and kind. My son danced with delight eating his waffle. I lived in Belgium and these waffles were just as good as the Belgian ones.

Great, friendly, and speedy service! Ultra accommodating and friendly. I dont like eggs, and just wanted a breakfast sandwich without them, and the waitress went ahead and offered to make me a grilled cheese with thick slices of Texas toast, even though they weren’t serving lunch at the time. She was very friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. The service was also super speedy which was nice. I will definitely be paying another visit.
