I got The Surge which was absolutely perfect. I don’t get to enjoy this place during my work week because they don’t deliver in my area. But the surge had cold brew ice cubes with Nutella & Banana with almond milk. Absolutely all of my fav flavors blended into a cup. I’m destined to try more of their menu. It made me smile so thank you for the delicious treat!

First time trying this place. The menu has a selection of salads, bowls, smoothies, juices and more. My review is based on trying smoothies. We tried the Mamba and a banana/strawberry with almond milk smoothie. The mamba was ok, low on flavor and tasted watery. My friend liked the strawberry banana shake.

Purple banana is such a great idea for marshal! Had a great salad “The Crown” and paired it with the Colette and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile in Syracuse. Props to the owner! Very clean and has a fun environment. Everyone who I’ve encountered there was very nice and laid back! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Jake is the man!

My twin and I got their Mystic Smoothie while my younger sister got their Legend smoothie. All of the smoothies were decent but not the best we’ve had. My twin sister’s smoothie was a bit chunky. With that said, if it was an extremely hot day outside and I happen to be nearby this place I would get myself one of their smoothies.
