No, I give a five out of five star rating because a lot of the staff is very friendly. They understand they listen. The orders are usually correct ever since recently somebody new was hired and I stop there today and I’m going to attach the photo with it my order standing that I always get is large iced mocha with cream and Splenda. Last few times I have gone there or my wife has gone there. We have had issues only on the days when the this new person is working please make sure that you are taking the persons order correctly and that you’re putting it in the system correctly other than that I have had no issues

Went one day and it was great. Last time I went at 4/6/23 530pm. I had a coupon for a free medium coffee and I ordered a small. She gave me the biggest issue about it being a small rather than a medium and told me to order a medium next time because no one would have done that for me. Why would you fight to give me more coffee than I’m asking for? I could see if it was the other way around.

Service was great & surprisingly, they open @ 4 am. Went inside to use the restroom & then ordered. Clean restroom & the eating area. Only thing I would change is. To warm up the bacon. I’m not big on cold bacon.

HORRIBLE WILL NOT RETURN. They cannot make an order correctly. I have been there 5 times, 4 out of the 5 times they messed my order up. Today the lady was extremely rude and impatient at the window. AVOID at all costs.
