Wild Garlic has become one of my favorite restaurants. This is one of very few places in the Greater Seattle area where I can get authentic Cantonese dishes.

My whole family ended up getting really sick from this place. Although I originally enjoyed the food it appears that it wasn’t cooked fully. We ordered general Tso, shrimp fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls. My wife and young son (less than 2 years old) experienced the worst of it. Won’t be having Chinese for a while.

I don’t understand these amazing reviews. The food was really, really bland. I ordered egg drop soup and general tsos. I was super dissapointed. It’s edible and fast, but I would have rather had frozen food.

Power went out on Father’s day. We ordered our meal and were waiting when it happened. They hadn’t even started cooking our food. It took them another 15 minutes to tell us the food was not going to be made till the Power was restored.

Ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday and their dishes were delicious! We ordered honey pecan prawn, house special chow mein, eggplant in garlic sauce and sweet and sour pork. The portion in the picture appear slightly less because I took the picture after I made my plate

Fairwood Renton location. The general taos chicken was not spicy and the huge chunks of chicken didn’t appear to be cooked too much. The broccoli was hard and barely steamed next to raw

My daughter and I were in Seattle for the weekend, we were looking for a place for some decent Chinese food but were highly skeptical as the restaurants are so often hit and miss. We came across this place and decided to chance it and it was outstanding!! The food was absolutely delicious and was nothing short of spectacular. Salt and pepper squid, best i have had in the usa, hands down, Moo goo guy pang was delicious, prawns with water chestnuts and sauce, everything was just phenomenal. I could not recommend this place enough. If I lived there it would absolutely be our go-to

My wife and I decided to go for dinner. The lady was on the phone taken orders. There was no one in the restaurant. After finishing taking the lady took us to a table. Then two other two other groups came in ,remember we were the the first customers here. What happened next I wasn’t surprised the other customers were Asian she the people behind us order than I waited to see if she was going to help us or go to the other person who also was Asian and just as I expected she walked past us and took his order. From I told wife let’s go. Very disappointed cause I been here before for lunch, and yes I’m African American. Black patrons beware.

They were busy, expected new years eve, but have us realistic expectations. Very gentle, kind, and courteous. The food was excellent, very hot, and very flavorful. Had the house specialty fried rice, garlic prawns, and beef with ginger and garlic. Cannot recommend enough!
