Every couple of months we try to give this place a chance, since we are local and they have good gluten free options. I always order online for pickup, at least an hour ahead of the pickup time, and Every. Single. Time. I end up sat in the corner for at least 20 minutes waiting for my food after the pickup time. I order online to get my food quicker, but this is ridiculous and the attitude of the employees is horrendous. I’ve worked food service. I understand it’s hard, but if you hate it, don’t take it out on the customers.

Top notch service. I called in a large order for my workplace for 10 people for take out. Their policy is 24 hours notice for large orders, but they helped us anyway with only 2 hours notice. They really went the extra mile for us and did it all with a great attitude and friendly professional demeanor. We’ll be back (with more notice next time).

I love that Jersey Mike’s is in the Valley! Unfortunately, they are still working out a lot of kinks for their timeliness in the ordering process. I have faith they’ll get it figured out, but many Jersey Mike’s locations produce more volume with less staff than this location. As a walk-in customer who has visited 6 times at this location constantly being told the grill is 15-20+ minutes behind is a disappointment. I’ve never experienced a Jersey Mike’s (in multiple locations in Texas, Montana, Florida, Colorado) that takes that long to grill. Is it an online ordering back up? I’m not sure how the process will work out, and hope it does, but it becomes easier and more convenient time wise to go next door for food.

2nd time there and food was great. Person taking order Rick I felt rude and very dismissive. Offered no help a d yelled what’s your name. I as,ed cashier what his problem wae and she said he’s had a long day not my problem. Felt uncomfortable eating so we .eft never to retu again! Did leave a good tip last one from me.

Wish I could give a negative 10 rating. No organizational skills for trying to know what side to go to to order. Girl at the cash register was picking her fingernails and just rude and acted inconvenienced that she had to work. Watched one guy making a sandwich wipe his sweaty forehead with his gloved hand and continue making the sandwich after his sweat got all over the glove. Watched another employee wipe the corners of his mouth with bare hands and proceeded to grab cups and hand them out. I will be reporting this with the videos to the health department tomorrow and will never come back or recommend

First time trying Jersey Mike’s… pretty good food, lacking flavor though in my opinion. Better than Subway, but Jimmy John’s is still my favorite. Customer service was pretty great which this valley seems to lack.

Four out of five of the last times I’ve online ordered they couldn’t get it right.. no peppers means no peppers… heck even one of the times I ordered the number 42 with no peppers I got no peppers but they added lettuce tomato and bacon lol it’s not that hard to read an order

Made our day! Word on the street is check this place out so we did tonight! So happy we stopped by and ordered two giants to bring home. The service and hospitality was top notch! Our first time ever eating at a Jersey Mikes got us a free cookie! We downloaded the app and on our way to earning free subs. We tried some ham and how to pair which was fun to experience something new! Thank you for a great visit and welcome to the Flathead Valley! You have to try this place the people made the experience and subs were awesome!
