First time here and it did not disappoint! I kept it simple and just went with the Double Smash cheese burger and and a regular order of tots. The tots were warm, crunchy and I only added a touch of salt/pepper. Very good. And now the main event, that burger. I see all the hype. Fresh, juicy and all the condiments 100% fresh. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. There are lots of good burger joints out there in DFW but put this one on your list. I will definitely be coming back and trying even more!

***Doing this review for their black bean burger because that is what I ordered. I have not visited many other locations so I don’t know if this is normal. My black bean burger was very flat as shown in the pictures I uploaded. It was completely dry and tasteless. The fries were ok but way too greasy. I believe they were called the smash fries. If this is how it is in every location then I would not recommend it and I was just unaware. I have eaten plenty of black bean burgers that are thicker, full of flavor and not dry. The other people I was with did enjoy their food which included a chicken sandwich and beef burger. I also felt bad for their workers. Clearly needed more staff there and they were trying to do the best they can. I did appreciate their service.

The food was great! Had a burger and tater tots which were delicious. I had it to go and they were still great even though they weren’t hot. The problem as everyone else is describing is the service. I waited over 20 minutes for the food which isn’t a problem for me but that’s way too long for a burger place especially when it’s not busy. There were other people who were there before me that were still waiting for their food after I got mine. The restaurant looks nice but the atmosphere is just dead. I would come back for the food but it’s hard to compare this to other places like Five Guys when the service is bad.

We drove an HR to come try this place out (closest to home). The atmosphere was just typical FF but the price was definitely not!

So me and a coworker decided we were in the mood for a burger and never had smashburger previously. I ordered the double bacon burger and he ordered the double bacon burger with brisket. These burgers were AMAZING! a little on the expensive side at around 10$ for mine and 15 for his but we ordered through delivery service. Delivery was fast and the burgers and fries were fresh. I was hesitant at first considering ads make things look great then usually its subpar but we were not disappointed at all. I’d highly recommend giving this place a shot for sure. Great burgers and great fries.

I called ahead and picked up my order when it was scheduled to be ready. But the meat seemed old and my avocado wasn’t even mashed. Details matter. I’m used to the burgers at this location being very good. I was disappointed and will likely try other locations as a result of this recent visit. Smashburger is not cheap. So I expect consistent quality. I expect to get my money’s worth like past visits.

Rosemary fries! If you’ve never had smash fries before then please do yourself a favor and try some! The burgers were juicy and big enough to fill you up but not so big that you feel like you ate WAY too much. The addition of the Ghirardelli chocolate shake was the best part of the whole meal! I ordered the double truffle mushroom Swiss burger and my boyfriend ordered the Sin City (secret menu item alert!!!!) Did I mention how great the fries were??
