To my surprise after frequenting this establishment several times on Friday May 5th the owner ignored myself and my girlfriend as if we didn’t exist. The fried tacos were cold, the chicken was dry, tuff and cold. The service was awful. The other customers seem to get better service. I would hate to think that because we were the only people of color we received different treatment. My friend and her family have been patronizing this restaurant for years. Such a disappointment. There are other restaurants in the area. My suggestion is that you pass on this one.

I had sixteen family members coming for lunch. 8 of which were coming from out of state. Since they all love Tacos, I decided on making that. I wanted to give Los Portales a try for some sides. Eric was very helpful when I called and when I met him in person he was so gracious, being so kind and patient with my million questions. I decided on the re-fried beans, Mexican Rice, Picco de Gallo, green sauce & their very hot red sauce. When it came time to pick up, everything was ready and piping hot. They even brought it out to my car! My family loved and raved about it all! Said it was the best they ever had! I highly recommend Los Portales! And kudos to whomever the AMAZING Chef is! Absolutely AMAZING. My boyfriend and I are on a road trip and we found this place on google. We got the chicken nachos and they were phenomenal! The customer service was absolutely amazing as well. We came in at 6pm on a Friday and they only had 1 table sat.. This place deserves more recognition. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this place

My husband and I ate at this restaurant for the first time today. It has a very humble appearence, but the food is the shining star here! Our food wad made fresh. We ordered guacamole which was prepared freshly! It was out of this world! My husband ordered Tacos, pork and shrimp. The tortillas are hand made ! I ordered tamales and chicken enchiladas, again very obviously made fresh! The young lady who waited on us was friendly and very personable. This is definitely our new favorite place!

Did not like the experience , 3 of us wend and they brought chips and salsa , they gave very small cup salsa which is not enough for chips and we asked for spicy sauce and they charged 4.99 for very small cup of salsa , they should have tell it is charged , We asked for hot water , and waitress said they dont have hot water , which is weired , I did not feel good about the dinner and will not go again.

Ten fingers and 10 toes down for this place! Fresh food great prices friendly service with a smile great portion sizes and margaritas are made to order and fresh, not made from bottled flavoring or lime syrup…did I leave anything out? Will definitely come back again and again! Oh and the house made hot sauce is awesome if you like it extra spicy!
