Love this place. Their burgers are very good and their burger special never disappoints. Their fries are very good as well and you can get an entire basket of them. In rod the unique things about this place, is the sauce selection for the fries. There are about 10 or so sauces and they are very good. I go to this place all I the time.

Ate here plenty of times years ago and it was always good food but lately if I just go in for a small side of fries I wait 15 minutes. Today, my friends and I stopped in and got our food to go. They put an insane amount of condiments on my hot dog and put it upside down in the box and gave it to me that way. I also got gluten free regular fries and most of them were soggy and there was a random sweet potato frie in there! Thank goodness I do not have celiac because who knows if that piece of food that wasn’t supposed to be in there was contaminated. I haven’t seen a manager in there any of the recent times I’ve come in. My friend who also got a hot dog and a milk shake today ended up vomiting it an hour or so after she ate there. This place has really turned into a terrible place to go.

I ate here maybe a month ago. Sauces and fries were good, but it was the blandest burger I’ve ever encountered. Same for my boyfriend’s burger. We both got the burger 101. It was weird because I’ve had unseasoned beef burgers that were much more flavorful so I’m not sure how it was possible. The buns were bland too. Just mouthfuls of blah. I’m kind of curious how they even managed to do that.

My girlfriend and I have gone to several burger places around south Jersey and usually end up back at Five Guys. That is until we came here for our third time and I ordered the “Black & Bleu”. I fell in love. Very happy with the burgers here and the staff is more than friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this spot.

The food was good, although I waited almost a half hour for my meal. The meal was 3 little chicken fingers and a hand full of fries, for $9. I do not recommend burger 21 to anyone. It is overpriced for the small amount of food and the service is extremely slow.

Well, my experience was gruesome. And that’s an understatement. The wait that felt like an eternity that was not worth the pathetic burger that was bland, greasy and on a comedically large bun. One bite made me feel like I had the cholesterol level of an 800 pound man. After, getting the ringworms flushed out of my colon system, I dont think i will ever participate in the dining at this restaurant ever again.

I’m here today and although I like burger 21 today wasn’t a good day ….. short staff ice machine was broke ….. soap machine on the floor did not work. … cheese not fully melted on burger . . The burger was still good fries not on point the lady manager is busting her ass ….. maybe hey had call outs …. I will return tho today just wasn’t a great day

I came in around 2pm and the place was pretty clean. The staff seemed a little annoyed to be at work, but who isn’t. The burgers were terrible. No doubt previously frozen. I know why there is a bar here; so you can drown your sorrow and regret for coming here.

Was so impressed!! We’re not from the area and we’re looking for a good burger place and found this.. was absolutely delicious! We had both seafood burgers and the black and bleu.. thumbs up all around! Oh and super kid friendly too!!
