I always enjoy coming to Little Caesars in Morganton. The pizza portal makes it so convenient to order ahead and pick it up. In addition, the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I really like this location because of convenience, speed, and the staff. My favorite order here is Crazy Bread. Overall, this is a great place to get pizza!

I love eating here for only $6 for a pepperoni pizza and then adding just 2 more topping for $6 more. And it’s always fresh and hot! The crust is always delish! You have your choice between original pan crust or thin crust, toppings, extra cheese, etc. You can’t beat the prices Little Ceasars has for their pizzas! And their desserts are also delicious! I love this place!

I lowered my rating to a one star now. Was in somewhat of a rush and had to feed 2 kids, so I opted to wait a quoted 10 to 15 minutes for the Extra Most Bestest. It was made within the time alright, but I saw it as it was cut and boxed and left sitting, not even in a warmer, but on the edge of the table. I waited a few minutes for anyone to come up or even acknowledge the other orders that were cut and stacked and left sitting on the table. I get the pizza home within 3 minutes of pulling out and it is so greasy that the box soaked the counter but the pizza itself had a huge crust border once again, way too big for normal pizzas.

The quality of the food has taken a dive at this location over I’d say the past 3 years. Toppings not evenly distributed on the pizzas, cut crazy…The last 3 times that I have gone there the food I’ve ordered has been undercooked for the deep dish and Italian cheesy bread. The dough is still raw. I ordered Italian cheesy bread yesterday and it was the same story. I will give the staff props for being very friendly.

I’m aware that it’s Little Caesars and “you get what you pay for.” But is it too much to ask that you guys at least cut the pizza into actual slices? Also, everything we’ve ordered in the last few months is obviously rushed and undercooked. Please coach your staff on how to be more careful and thorough with their preparation process.
