I’ve been here at numerous times and I’ve always enjoyed the food and service. Have never had a problem. The day that I went was a busy Sunday and there was a wait as usual which is not a problem. The waitress who came over was friendly, she did suggest drinks. She promptly delivered the drinks and suggested some appetizers and we ordered. This is where the problems starts. One order out of the three was not complete. She didn’t even notice it, and I had to wait till she came back to bring it to her attention that the dish I ordered was lacking and missing items that it came with. I find this very hard to believe considering how when I look in the kitchen and see all the pictures and on the walls of the way the food should be and the way the food should be presented. I was shocked that the kitchen let this order go out without noticing it. It was simple. It was a hamburger but it had nothing on the plate. No lettuce, no tomato, no dressing. So as I waited for the waitress to make the order correct, the rest of my party had finished their meals. Waters or drinks were not refilled during that time. Dirty empty plates of appetizers and the 2 other finished meals were not cleared.. I had a stack on the side of the table and because they were just in the way. Nobody buses the table. Finally, the girl brings it out. Actually it was a manager apparently who brought it out and it still was lacking one item. I find this hard to believe as I notice in the restaurant look around and see all the awards that this Miss Hernandez has one for manager of the year and what not and what not. How could she not notice that’s the order still wasn’t complete. It really pissed me off but I didn’t want to make a scene. I just simply boxed it up and eat it when I got home. This is the reason why I’m giving it a three-star. I worked in the restaurants my whole life and although the food there is excellent and although the waitress was polite, please people do not get so comfortable with your job and forget the simple things like returning to the table to check on things. Complacency will lead. You know where.

Saturday night we ordered a to go order and everything looked good but it was not the rolls were very hard my 25.00 steak meal was okay could have been better because I order my steak medium well that’s slight pinkness in the meat my steak was so over cooked it was black on both sides and so hard I couldn’t cut it with a freaking carving knife, steak knife, and many others I called about the order and someone took my name and number and the issue said they were going to put me on hold to speak to someone they hung up yes it was very busy I called back and never could get anyone longer than can you please hold I got sick of calling we had to be up by 2 am our schedule is very busy this was 6:30 pm we got our order at 7:00 pm almost an hour of calling I gave up i will not recommend take out from them if we ever do we will check it before leaving I give five stars on service because we do dine in and the waiters and waitresses are just so wonderful

First time eating inside since Covid. Usually order takeout. Food still good, but the service was very bad. Took three tries to get some Splenda. Two tries to get some A1. Never refilled my tea. Waiter seemed to have an attitude. I’ll go back to takeout orders.

Me and my wife eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month. Never had a bad experience with the food, or staff. The only issue I have ever had is with seating. Everytime I’ve came and had to wait, they tell us 10-15 minutes. It would be better to tell customers the truth. If it’s going to be an hour, like today, be honest. We had parties of two going ahead of us that arrived 30 minutes after we did. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but the food is good and we like it here. I’d rather be told the truth than given an answer to pacify me.
