I walked in, and the facility smelled like old grease. Upon walking up to the counter, I wasn’t greeted until after a few moments. A manager greeted, asked how I was doing and replied that she was busy, and then asked that I give her a few moments. No worries. The place was empty of customers, and only 2 in the drive thru, but it seemed she was preparing to leave (and did just moments after I got my order).

Tried to order some KFC at 7PM yesterday drove up to place my order and waited 7 mins with no response from the order menu drive thru so I decided to pull up to the window to see if anyone was working or even open and a guy was handing out food to two people at the window so no big deal when it was my turn I got to the window the guy refused to take my order not sure what the problem is with this KFC but not sure how they can stay in business with they won’t even take orders needs new management or just shut down.

The new management really had a good working relationship with the staff. Everything was clean and well stocked by the pop machine. The cashier Lori was super quick and couldn’t have been nicer!! She also waited on me thru the drive thru a time before! My food was hot still when I got home. Everyone was happy with dinner. We will be back!!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:30pm and was told they only had three pieces of chicken for the rest of the night. They close at 10. We were confused as to why and asked what our options were, we were told we could get a three piece individual meal and that’s it. If they were out of chicken completely and had none, I would understand but we weren’t even told that. Did they just not feel like cooking chicken anymore tonight? P.S. They don’t answer their phone.

Went through drive thru. My meal was disgusting as it tasted like food was cooked in old grease. Took meal back and they don’t refund your money but replaced the chicken which didn’t matter as food tasted like old grease. Spent $11 only to trash the food. After looking through all the comments I wish I had read them before wasting my money at Eaton,KFC. Add on from KFC reply. Sad the only thing you offer is a sorry. Why not a we will clean old grease out and put clean in and offer a replacement at another time? To much money spent to have to trash food because you won’t refund on food you know isn’t fit to eat. Way to many complaints here. This will eventually catch up and you won’t have much business and have to shut down.

I would give this restaurant a huge negative if I could! I will never return there if my life depended on it. I watched employees eating by the drive thru, eating while making the food., employees grab food and dip them in the sauce on the line and then eat it. Even watched an employe go to lobby where her daughter was grab there food and eat it and then turn to making food without switching gloves!! They all stood around on their phones when they had no body instead of cleaning the place or changing the trash that was over flowing in the lobby

First off, I went through the drive thru 4 days in a row in the early afternoon for a pot pie and they didn’t have any for 4 days so thought I’d just try again a few days later and this is what I get… the chicken always has an aftertaste like they aren’t using clean grease to cook it in and I spend a lot of money here but I’m just gonna go somewhere else.. I used to love kfc but they’ve really let the branch here go to far..
