Used to be pretty good. Now they suck. The fries are barely cooked. Used to be nice and crispy. Chicken Sandwich WAS good. Now it’s so salty you can even eat it. Chocolate shake was made with ice cream that must have melted and refroze. After today I won’t be going back.

I’ve usually had good experiences here but today was not one. I was waiting in the drive thru a good 30 minutes. The inside was not busy and there were only a few cars ahead of me. The lady in front of me waited a good 15 minutes just to be answered back by an employee over the speaker. Finally when I made it to the speaker myself I was immediately hit with a please wait.

Good front counter service in a clean, organized dining area. Even with a full house, they really worked efficiently to serve up a few smiles today. Big Bacon was cooked and assembled well and paired with fries that were a crisp golden delight.

It’s hit or miss with Jacks. We love the food most of the time, when certain ladies are there we are taken care of ……but don’t order on the app or drive thru, it’s never right, something is always left out and don’t try and call back bc they don’t answer…..oh and my mom was cussed out and had a cup thrown at her bc of a disgruntled employee during one visit…..did I mention it gets interesting?

This was our first time at this location. We have loved other Jack’s. The drive thru cashier was rude, but we ordered. They were not busy, but we waited at the speaker. We drove around to pay, and waited again. The cashier tells the person at the speaker, “I told you to wait!” She then turns off her speaker and and makes rude comments about that customer. She still had not taken our money. We drove away and went to a place that always greets you with a smile and says. “My pleasure” when you order. We will not be visiting here again. Please get friendlier employees….

I ordered a fried chicken meal and got strips instead. When I told the manager I had the wrong order, she says it’s not her fault it’s mine. The order was 22 cents more than what I had paid. So I was asked to order and pay all over again. First time ever that I tried jacks, AND DEFINITELY MY LAST. I’ll never know how y’all fried chicken tastes but maybe it was a sign from the heavens above smh

This was my 1st and my last time ordering from Jack’s in DyersburgTennessee. I ordered a 3pcs chicken dinner, and 4pcs chicken snack. The Chicken dinner order was wrong first of all, and there was no need in going back, because the Chicken dinner was sooooooo plain, nothing had any seasoning to it. But the Chicken finger snack with fries had good seasonings. I THROUGH THE CHICKEN DINNER AWAY!!!! All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered online 4 hrs in advance and had to wait 30 minutes past pickup time. They only had 3 working. I saw 5 vehicles leave before ordering as was taking so long. Food was very good. Mashed potatoes were runny but good taste.

Very often they mess up your order. My coworker got a double burger and they said 20 something dollars. They almost charged him for someone else’s meal. Then, to top it off, his double burger was only a single. The place is a mess and they have had several chances to do a good job.
