The food is good, but the noise level offered by the interior building materials is uncomfortably loud. Eating lunch at 1:30 on a Sunday here was quite possibly the loudest place, Chinese or otherwise, I have ever eaten anywhere short of a concert. Definitely do not take a date here for dining inside.
