Was horrible experience. Will never go to that Dairy Queen again. Ordered cheese burger got no cheese when I told them about it they gave me a cold peice of cheese. The whole burger was cold. Told the manager she came back and said well they repeated your order and you said that it was right. How rude 21dollars for a meal and then to be treated like that no thanks.

This is just a very poorly ran DQ. Out of the last 6 visits you would think that you can get hot food at least 1 time. Someone is deleting reviews on this establishment as there isn’t any way possible to have this high of a rating as shown. It doesn’t matter the method of ordering call ins, walk ins, or drive thru its seemingly impossible to get hot or quick food here. We have tried on multiple attempts at different times of business hours. Drive thru you may be in a line of 6 cars and more. At order board you are 3 cars away from the pickup and pay window. Often they ask you to pull to the front of the store and they will bring it out. Our last attempt was for the DUDE COMBO meals. The cook was just dropping the steak patties into the cooker when we got to the window. And we again had to pull around to the front. When the order was brought out I immediately reached into the bag and the fries were COLD! DROVE to our home 4 miles away and the steak sandwich was just warm? Ive tried to give them multiple tries. But in no way could I possibly give a higher review.
