One of El Paso’s hidden treasures. Fast but not fast food! Great authentic home cooked taste to TexMex favorites. Fast, friendly service in a clean environment with garden projects in process. Highly recommend.

The flautas are very thin, hardly any beef in them which makes them hard. The plate came with beans and rice, which were very good. The service was good and the order came out fast.

Flautas are pretty good. The rest of the plates like beans, rice, and chile renenos were okay (I could make the same quality at home personally). Great service, clean restaurant.

Came here for take out for lunch for our employees and let me tell you these flautas were actually delicious! I’m glad I didn’t go base off of some of the reviews on here. The flautas and enchiladas taste homemade, I definitely recommend Fautas Palys!

Since being in town for the month of January, I have been to this place three times, friendly service and delicious Flautas ahogadas . Alonzo was very welcoming and treated me like family. The Flautas ahogadas are the best, puts Chicos Tacos to shame. We also tried the gorditas, phenomenal! I wish I had a Flautas Palys in Illinois. Thanks again Alonzo and family!
